Transaction look up functions allow users to easily find and retrieve actual transaction data into our Claims Workbook area where additional research can be performed and adjustment entries can be initialized and submitted.

 

You and your customers can research transaction activity with minimal input requirements and access transaction history with the click of a mouse.

Our user-defined Adjustments Data Base allows you to define adjustment parameters. You can establish enterprise specific options while maintaining standard adjustment rules.
 

You can customize transaction detail, determine customer specific transaction access, allow for automated posting and receiver acceptance, set adjustment time tables and contingencies to specific transaction sets, prevent duplications and accommodate new transaction sets dynamically as they arise. The ADJUSTMENTCenter feature-set includes batch importing and exporting options eliminating costly entry duplication for both you and your customers. Additional features include on-line, Web-based adjustment reporting, customer contact maintenance and direct e-mail links. As with all our modules, the interface you present to your customers can be customized to follow your standard corporate presentation.

Once adjustments are recorded the INFOLynx ADJUSTMENTCenter Module updates other INFOLynx Modules to facilitate the complete adjustment transaction cycle including billing, funds settlement, warehousing, anomaly detection and reporting.
