Customer Spotlight:  PULSE EFT Association

PULSE is the largest financial industry-owned and controlled electronic funds transfer (EFT) network in the United States. PULSE is a not-for-profit network with more than 4,300 financial institution members. PULSE is committed to delivering high-quality, low cost switching and settlement services for a variety of EFT products and services that benefit PULSE members and other program participants

Currently PULSE uses INFOLynx software products to store and facilitate access to over 1.5 billion transactions. In addition, INFOLynx provides a comprehensive customer/product data-store and a full compliment of back office, settlement, invoicing and management reporting functionality.

PULSE also uses INFOLynx to power their Web-based Claims and Adjustment System (PIX2) as well as their fraud detection system "PULSE Watch".

INFOLynx has been providing its software products, customer support and consulting services to PULSE since 1998 and we are honored to have PULSE as a customer.
